Shana Fisk has worked in the field of education since 1996, as a teacher, administrator, trainer, and public speaker. The majority of her time in education has been working with public charter schools.
Shana obtained her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Certification (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute in 2014 and started a life coaching business called Key Strategies Coaching. She has enjoyed being on this journey with many different types of people from various walks of life.
Shana served on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Redlands-Riverside for five years as a Director and Vice-Chair. This was where she was introduced to the non-profit space and she was very involved with the board.
Of all of Shana's achievements both personally and professionally, her greatest one has been that of being a mom. Shana founded the non-profit Hunter's Heart as a response to her youngest son’s unexpected death in March of 2023.
